    Enterprise AI Workflow Redesign

    SaaS Platform

    Redesigned an enterprise SaaS career site around generative AI, so candidates can type a prompt instead of clicking through pages. Owned discovery, IA, wireframes, prototyping, and developer handoff as the sole designer, using progressive disclosure to reduce cognitive load.

    Built a scalable pattern library from scratch as the sole design authority for Candidate Experience: thousands of components, token architecture, and Figma-to-code documentation. Product teams relied on it for all product work, and it evolved through iterative releases.

    Complex Form Optimization: Apply Flow

    Regulated Enterprise Product

    Redesigned a dense multi-field application flow into a staged experience with labeled steps, inline editing, and a guided error fixer that walks candidates through each issue. Shipped as the standard apply flow for every customer and passed Oracle’s accessibility review.
